The NEOS Client Portal is a single source of information on NEOS requests and incidents. You can create a new ticket reporting a computer or application problem; request changes or new software. You can update tickets and communicate with NEOS team members working to resolve the issue or request.
To access the NEOS Client Support Port visit, https://portal.teamNEOS.com . Use your email to login. If you have not received or do not know your password, click on the “Forgot your password?”, under the login button. You will receive a link in email to reset your password.
